Plant Guarantees

We make every effort to provide the highest quality nursery stock free of insect pests and disease. We want you to have a successful and enjoyable gardening experience. If you have any problems with plants purchased from us we very much want you to communicate with us. We may have suggestions about watering, drainage, planting methods, feeding etc.

If your plant dies within 12 months of purchase will offer a 50% credit toward the cost of replacement. (one time basis) Please bring a receipt as proof of purchase. We do not guarantee annuals or perennials This guarantee also does not apply to plants left in containers or to those planted in colder hardiness zones than recommended. Effort must be made to properly plant and care for material. We would appreciate hearing from you early on if any material does not seem to be happy, as we may be able figure out what the plant might need to thrive. After all, while a guarantee is nice, the actual desired result is a beautiful and successful landscape.
